Her diverse background in strength training, competitive swimming, contemporary dance, martial arts and yoga shapes her integrative, mindful approach to movement and wellbeing. Dalila is dedicated to ongoing learning, regularly attending workshops and seminars to expand her knowledge and deepen her understanding of various movement approaches and philosophies.
