2. Physical Screening: we evaluate your current fitness level, physical abilities and limitations, and determine the best way to implement your training into your unique lifestyle and get you to where you want to be
3. 1-1 Personal Training: I’ll be guiding you through a training program customized to your goals, needs and abilities while analysing your movement and helping you optimize the way you move so you perform the exercises with confidence and proper technique
4. Adjustments made as often as necessary: to ensure optimal programming and proper progression towards your specific goals
